Delivery Areas

We currently offer local flower delivery to Aurora and surrounding areas, including nearby York Region communities. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

  • Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next available delivery day.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, holidays, or high order volumes.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day flower delivery is available for many products when ordered early in the day. Availability may vary during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other holidays.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s address and delivery zone.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • We may leave the order in a safe location when appropriate.

  • We may leave the order with a concierge, receptionist, or neighbor when suitable.

  • We may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery.

  • Re-delivery fees may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

Freshness & Product Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. If certain flowers or containers are unavailable, we may substitute with similar items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delays may occur and additional delivery charges may apply.

Weather & Unforeseen Delays

Severe weather or unexpected circumstances may occasionally delay deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to complete all deliveries as soon as possible.
